Cancellations and Amendments

Customers can cancel or amend their bookings through the BookIt system or by contacting BookIt support. You can also cancel or amend a booking for the customer directly using the “Cancel” or “Amend” options at the bottom of their booking information page.

Please note that you will receive confirmation of the amount to refund prior to confirming the cancellation. Any cancellation policies active at the time of booking will automatically apply along with BookIt’s $20 cancellation fee. If you need to waive any fees please contact  BookIt Support directly for assistance.
