Viewing Payments Made
In the billing section, click on your bank account number, then click on ”View Amounts” next to “Amount that has been paid to this account:”

You will then see a list of all payments made to your bank account. To view the details of a payment, click on the BKT number. The BKT number is the reference that appears on your bank statement. Alternatively, from the billing home page, enter the BKT number and click the “CONTINUE” button.

Viewing Pending Payments
In the billing section, click on your bank account number, then click on ‘View Amounts” next to “Amount that still needs to be settled to your account:”

You will then see a list of all payments that will be made to your bank account and the dates that those payments are due. You can click “View Booking” to see the details of the booking to which the payment relates.
