Rate seasons are pricing date ranges. They allow you to set different pricing for different times of the year. You can come back and change these later at any stage. You can also manually edit your rates via your Inventory Manager while using Option 1 or Option 2.

You will have a few different options to choose from:

Option 1:

This option is suitable if you have different pricing at different times of the year. Your rate seasons will expire so you will need to update these through your business details at a later date.

Option 2:

This will work for your price doesn’t vary depending on the season. It will allow you to load a default rate that will carry across indefinitely. You can update this at a later date if necessary.

Option 3:

This option allows you to link with a third part channel manager or property management system such as Siteminder or Availability. We link with a number of these systems and you will be prompted to choose the relevant one from our drop-down list. You will not be able to edit your own rates or inventory through BookIt while using this setting.
